Prayer of Worship

1. Worshiping God for Who He Is (His Holiness)

Scripture:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.” – Revelation 4:8

Prayer:
Lord, I worship You for Your holiness. You are set apart, pure, and glorious beyond description. There is none like You.

Declaration:
I declare that my life reflects the holiness of God. I walk in reverence, and His presence sanctifies me.

2. Worshiping God as Creator

Scripture:
“Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things.” – Revelation 4:11

Prayer:
Mighty God, You created all things by Your word. The heavens declare Your glory and I worship You as my Creator.

Declaration:
I declare that I am the workmanship of the Most High. My worship flows from a heart that acknowledges His design and purpose for me.

3. Worshiping God for His Glory

Scripture:
“The glory of the Lord filled the temple.” – 2 Chronicles 7:1

Prayer:
Glorious King, let Your glory fill my life like it filled the temple. You alone deserve all honor and adoration.

Declaration:
I declare that my life is a dwelling place for God’s glory. Everywhere I go, His presence and power are evident.

4. Worshiping Jesus as Lord and Savior

Scripture:
“That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow… and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord.” – Philippians 2:10–11

Prayer:
Jesus, I exalt You as my Lord and Savior. You laid down Your life for me. You are exalted above all else.

Declaration:
I declare that Jesus is Lord over my life, my family, and my destiny. He reigns forevermore!

5. Worshiping God in Spirit and in Truth

Scripture:
“True worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.” – John 4:23

Prayer:
Father, I come before You in spirit and truth. Strip away all pretenses and lead me into authentic worship.

Declaration:
I declare that my worship is sincere, pure, and spirit-led. I am a true worshiper of the Father.

6. Worshiping God for His Majesty and Splendor

Scripture:
“Honor and majesty are before Him; strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.” – Psalm 96:6

Prayer:
Lord, You are clothed in majesty and strength. I worship You in the beauty of holiness.

Declaration:
I declare that the majesty of God reigns over my life. I am surrounded by His splendor and strength.

7. Worshiping the Eternal God

Scripture:
“Before the mountains were born… from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.” – Psalm 90:2

Prayer:
Ancient of Days, I worship You—the timeless, eternal God. You remain unchanged and ever powerful.

Declaration:
I declare that I serve the Eternal King. Time cannot limit Him, and eternity bows to His authority.
