Satan Projects His Odd Side to Make Him Powerful- Christians Beware!

Satan is portrayed as bold due to intense pride, arrogance, and a deliberate defiance of God, stemming from his origin as a high-ranking angel. Having already rebelled in heaven, he acts with malice to deceive humanity, acting as the “ruler of this world” to thwart divine purposes without fear-literature

If you have guts to stage a coup d’ etat against your boss, it can be described as courage. In another sense, it could be pride. Why? Satan was in charge of music in heaven. He assembles the heavenly angels to sing praises and worship to their Maker. It is such an attractive office. Why because, it is worship that exalts God and makes him big and God cannot worship Himself. He needs people to reverence Him.

Secondly music is the tool on which the church is prepared to enter the presence of God. If it is not properly done, it can affect the atmosphere. And so basically anyone that handles music in churches is revered and if we’re not careful, pride can enter. If you begin to think that what makes God is regulated by you or without you, the church cannot proceed, pride sets in. Pride goes before fall. A lot of music or worship leaders are puffed up because it is a decorated office. This was the root of Satan’s pride.

We have come to agree that God is an excellent God and so anything that represents Him must be excellent. For this reason we believe that, the Holy Spirit who is gentle, rides on a nice voice to move. If the person’s voice sounds well and positions himself spiritually, the Holy Spirit moves quickly in meetings. It is the other thing that can make music or worship leaders proud. However, God believes in availability and can command stones to worship Him. It is the reason worship and music leaders must be very careful.

There is just a thin line between pride and arrogance. Pride is more of what you possess that makes you walk with a ‘big head’ not gently but with an aggressive spirit. Arrogance is more of being stiff-necked. When an instruction is given and you flout it, it is arrogance that made you. Arrogance is the voice that tells you defiantly not to do it. ‘I won’t do it this way. I will do it that way’. In other words, you feel too big to do things the prescribed manner.

Indeed Satan felt big to receive instructions from God when he recognized that he occupies a high office. The idea of greatness entered into his head and all of a sudden, he began to feel bigger than God. It is only someone with a soften heart who can sing for his boss deliverance (in the case of David playing the harp for the evil spirit to leave Saul) who will still remain humble. Otherwise for most people, it could be an occasion to project themselves.

Bible researchers revealed that, Satan ‘was a high-ranking angelic being before his rebellion’ in heaven ‘specifically created as wise, beautiful and powerful’. People can feel important due to positions. Imagine addressing a doctor as ‘Mr’. or calling a Bishop ‘brother’. People work for their positional titles and that’s why they insist. May be God made a mistake by creating Lucifer (Satan) specifically wise. He may have thought later. ‘For someone I created wisely who decided to use his wisdom against me can be disappointing indeed’. If you know you’re beautiful, the devil can point it out to you one day. Indeed beauty that goes with an enhanced complexion can be given special recognition in our world. It can honorably be accepted but where the individual uses it as a defense can be a problem.

Humanity must understand and especially Christians that, the devil left heaven with his ego punctured and for that matter, looking for someone to become his victim. This was the venom with which he left heaven and believers should have been more careful. Satan was made a destroyer on earth and for someone who held an angelic title, his aim is to use his lowered reputation to destroy the people of God. This is the devil’s ambition on earth. We have to be on the alert every second, find the reason we do things and what instigates our actions. Satan has to deceive many to come to him. So God says ‘this’ and he whispers ‘that’ to you. Check if your thinking is evil or good. Do you do the right or wrong things? These are clear indications of the deceptive influences of the devil. When someone offends you, in your anger you want to retaliate. You seem right but remember, it is the deceptive ploy of the devil to cause you not to see but to err in your anger. The more you commit evil with an unrepentant heart, you’re perpetually becoming the devil’s property.

Indeed, the enemy is the ruler of this world. The only pride the devil has is the world. That is where God placed him to rule after causing an uprising against God’s throne. It is the reason anything he does is to destroy. He is on the rampage and his simple aim is to say the opposite side of what God says to believers all in an attempt to dislocate your faith and saving others. Therefore take your guard and understand who the enemy really is and his true purpose. He is indeed not the personality many thinks he is.
