The definition of ‘legal door’ above is technical but it suggests that even organizations have official ways by which they communicate or carry out information. In our homes, there are legal doors. Legal doors in our homes are prescribed entries to the house. The main gate meant for cars and human entry and the front door leading the way to the main hall in most instances. You cannot strictly command your woman here and there once you engage her in sex. You can lose the authority you have as a man unless you do it in righteousness. If you sit in the midst of mockers, they can influence you. If you smoke herbs together, you can easily be influenced. Anyone who influences you is an individual that has a ‘say’ in your activities. If the person who gives you money is a thief, he can influence you into stealing. If the person who gives you money is a womanizer, he can teach you what to do with money. So probe the ‘so called’ important people in your life. The persons who give you advice can influence you.
Listen to the counsel. What does your intuition say to you? Do you suspect that the essence of the counsel is to the persons own advantage? Does the person wants your downfall? People can be envious of your success such that, the plan is to get you to lose those good things so that his confidence can be lifted. For many, your success is their defeat and your downfall is their strength or power. Their advice is to bring you where they are. Note this. If they don’t progress, you mustn’t progress.
If you’re a believer who visited the shrine or witchdoctor because God is not answering you, you open up yourself to attacks. If you were once an arm robber and you claim you have stopped, against the consent of your gang, they can come after you. If you’re an ex-convict, society may reject you when you come out of prison. It is a price you pay for getting yourself involved in crime. If you stop prostitution, the spirits that have accessed your body can torment you. The men can never accept that you’ve turned a new leave. The men you excite will chase that excitement always. Some ladies are being chased by some men because of fond memories of the past.
It is often said that, God can forgive you of everything but the only thing He cannot forgive is when you don’t forgive others. Bible enjoins us to deal with our issues before we deal with the issues of others (Matthew 7:3-5). Apart from God not forgiving you because you failed to forgive others, your unforgiveness becomes a destructive weapon to your spirit. The spirit of the Lord hates an impure heart. Your unforgiveness darkens you spirit and makes it impossible for the spirit of God to work within you. Unforgiveness is a stumbling block to your prayers. Once you’re unforgiving, your spirit is not right. The enemy likes an angry spirit so he can use your anger to commit sin. Quarreling and fighting comes from an angry spirit that is not controlled. Limit your anger.
When you’re afraid, you’re vulnerable to attacks. Fear kills people before their time. When you’re afraid, you become timid. You become slow to things you must react fast to. Fear of your boss screaming on you can stop you from taking bold decisions. Fear that the thing can happen to you can cripple you before it happens. Meanwhile it wasn’t going to result in anything. But you died before you were pronounced dead. Too bad.
Some Karate fighters can strike you and go to hide. Some military men do hide behind camouflaged leaves and you can never see them. You cannot see where the gunshot is coming from. Some ladies are having sleepless nights over men that come to torment them in the night they do not see. Some actually appear in the form of images but there are real human beings behind the activity. You can decode such mysteries through prayer. Firebrand prayers can cause a disappearance of such images or in rare cases, the persons behind are exposed. If they don’t want to see your face in the morning neither do they want to have conversation with you, they are suspected beings. Your prayer may be tormenting them, the reason they pick quarrel with you at the least thing.
Be alert when your enemy comes to seek information. Do you know the person you’re talking to? In a moment, do you let out every secret to your enemy? Is someone within your group giving out your secrets to opposition? The most suicidal thing is to let out secret without knowing who you’re talking to. Limit your conversation. By then, you save yourself.
